2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. uncooked Minute rice
26 oz. can tomato soup (or 3 small cans)
1 c. shredded cabbage
12 oz. milk (you're needing half as much milk as soup)
salt and pepper to taste
1. Brown meat, drain.
2. Add cabbage, soup, and milk.
3. Simmer covered for 30 minutes.
4. Add rice, remove from heat, and cover. Let sit for 10 minutes.
This is basically an unstuffed cabbage.
